The location was magnificent, for example, Hampton Roads Iceplex was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The room we booked was impressive and well-appointed with a dining table and a bathtub, as example.

The location is great, close to bars and restaurants, the staff is friendly and attentive, the room with the jacuzzi tub is enjoyable, and the bed is really comfortable.

Maid set our alarm for 7:30am. We had not had it set the night before. Loud kids in room beside us up till 12 or 1am. They need exhaust fans in bathrooms to deter mold growth.

Initial room very smelly and moldy. finally given a different room, still musty although not as bad. the next day we saw old food still remaining on the carpet from a previous guest, which had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival

The staff was friendly and exceptionally nice. We appreciated the complimentary wake up calls and ironing services. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the places we needed to visit.

Convenient location right next to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant 🍔. It was nice being only 1 mile away from Panda Express, where you can grab some quick bites. The room we booked even had a sofa for extra comfort.

This place is in a great location near lots of restaurants and attractions, including Williamsburg, and the building itself is beautiful with convenient HDMI ports.
